L’hygiène en crèche est très importante afin de limiter les contaminations microbiologiques entre enfants, de jouet à enfant, de personnel à enfant etc… Des plans de nettoyage et de désinfection en crèche doivent être mis en place, mais surtout bien appliqués, ce qui n’est malheureusement pas toujours le cas. Les produits utilisés doivent être non nocifs pour les enfants dans le cas de mise en bouche de jouets par exemple. Ils doivent donc impérativement être homologué “contact alimentaire”, c’est à dire conforme à l’arrêté du 8 septembre 1999.
